[obviously] go with the one with the most seeds/numbers at the beginning,,,
(i.e) most people sharing that file,,,then i go with t3 or higher if possible,,,then t1 and so on!!!

this is my own personal preference though

Nope Go with the one that has 2,000 to 5,000 less chance to download a worm or virus if you download anything lower than 1,000 most likely virus or worm.And than last when searching see how many are downloading a file.It will make a diffrence in speed.And if your new to this better download a anti-virus program at download.com take this AVG free Spybot-search and destroy And Ad-Aware Se personal they work great.
