Your version of Java's pretty old, an update wouldn't hurt. Use the JRE offline installer here & remove any old Java versions before you install the new one. http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp

Your speeds in KB/s are 115 KB/s download & 15 KB/s upload...just use the info in that link about configuring LW to set your upload & download bandwidth. Set your speed at cable/dsl first, try things out & see how it goes. |
