[apologies for not posting this in Technical Support, but for some reason that is closed to new posts]

I have a download that 97% completed before I got the dreaded 'Need New Sources' message. This doesn't matter much to me - I can happily live with 97% of the song.

But, how do I play it? Playing Preview gives me around 75% of it, while choosing Launch is not even an option.

I want to persuade LW to play me ALL of the 97% it has already downloaded, but I don't know how to do it.

I have an iMac with OS X 10.4.9, plus iTunes 6.0.4.

Go to LW's Library window, select incomplete folder & locate the file. Then select it & choose Launch. You could also press the Explore button which will open the folder for you.

97%, well if you are not patient enough to wait for the person to come back online to complete, then sure take what you have.

Many thanks - I did that and it worked fine, I will know what to do in future.

(BTW it was the only version of the song that came up in Search, so waiting for the unlikely coincidence of me being online at the same time again, didn't seem an option really - and 97% is "everything but" after all...)
