The Incomplete folder follows the download folder. Or more specifically the Audio downloads. So wherever you select the download folder to be, the incomplete folder will be at same level in directory.

Your incomplete folder will always be in the same directory as your shared folder. For example, my incomplete folder is on my external "G" drive and reads in Windows Explorer as follows:

G:\New Share\Shared

G:\New Share\Incomplete

So to move your "incomplete" folder you have to move your "Shared" folder to a new position and your "Incomplete" folder will follow automatically.

However, don't forget to use Tools>>Options to register that you have moved your folders (as shown in the screen print below).

Hope this helps.

This does not seem to be the case. I have been saving files to a folder on my G: drive, where the Incomplete folder is, but the only folder I have shared is on my E: drive. Recently, when I directed LW to start saving files to a folder on the E: drive, it continued to store incomplet files on the G: drive. Not to mention that you can have MULTIPLE destinations for saved files, AND multiple shared folders spread across any number of drive designations. How does LW ACTUALLY determine where the Incomplete folder is, and wouldn't it be helpful to be able to assign this parameter in the Options?

I am still stumped as to how to change where my Incomplete files are saved. Any further input would be appreciated.
