how to download save files?? n e tips

n e tips on how to download safe files off lime wire or is it just luck?

Not luck, just what you know about fake/infected files. I do have a few guidelines:

1) Add ********mp3.com to the blocked file contents list
2) Do NOT download anything under 350kb UNLESS it has full details (bitrate at the very minimum)
3) Anything that has no bitrate is FAKE because it can't be played.
4) And of course (unless you have a recent version of Limewire) DO NOT download anything that says update.

file sizes 197kb and 228kb are virus's without a doubt.

I JUST WENT THROUGH A FULL SYSTEMS RESTORE AND AM HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING MY LIMEWIRE MUSIC FILES TO TRANSFER TO WINDOWS MEDIA SO I CAN BURN THEM ON TO A CD? I USE TO BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD A MUSIC FILE FROM LIMEWIRE AND THE MUSIC FILE WOULD AUTOMATICLLY GO TO MY WINDOWS MEDIA. BUT IT DOEAD NOT HAPPEN NOW EVER SINCE I DID THE RESTORE THING. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
