You'll have to add them back to your library. Open LW and go to Tools>Options.Sharing, and add the folder with your files in it.

If LW is running on your C: drive and your files are on an external drive, you need to have the external hdd running before you start LW and when you shut down do LW first or the folder will be dropped from the library and you'll have to manually add it again.
