Ok i want an mp3 cause itunes says "album only" and it is $20 so i found it on here but i dont want RIAA coming after me for uploading. Is there a way to stop it?

So If your Getting files from Limewire, that would be Downloading. If your adding files to Limewire, that would be uploading. I'm sure there could be some variances there, so what exactly are you doing??
A little FYI. The RIAA can come after you for both, so use P2P at your own Risk. If a file has a copyright, then it is illegal for you to have in your possesion unless You paid for it. MHO

You could also just stop sharing, but if everyone stopped sharing then P2P would become.....

My friend downloaded and didn't get caught for that. She got caught for uploading 24 songs. (Jamie Thomas) Yes I know her. But i thought RIAA goes after uploaders mainly?

basically what im trying to do is to download 1 mp3 cause i need it for my power point presentation and i got letter from the BSA saying to stop downloading keygens (i downloaaded 1), but the RIAA never sent me one. All im asking is how to take some pre-cautions
