Older Lime Wires
Ok here is a tip for people that hate the newer 4.16.6.There is a site called FileHippo.It has all past and the new version of Lime Wire So here it is.Just use the Link i am giveing you.And there are no bugs in these.I have checked them all my self.

Don't be crazy!
some of the older versions have the Limeshop reference which a lot of people had trouble illiminating after they uninstalled Limewire. The new 4.16 version has no spyware or any of that sort of junk and should work fine for everybody.

Robert. If you'll spend about ten minutes here on the Forum, You will see all of the grief that 4.16.xx is giving members. I'm sure that it's a small percentage when looking at the full picture, but it is always nice to give the option to go back to an older version if one so desires. Crazy?? I think not. Everyones setup is different, so as you said "new version SHOULD work for everybody" is in fact the Crazy statement here.

sheeshus Robert, that limeshop cr@p was back in v2.x ages and ages ago....anything that is before 4.16.x and still works (really old versions basically won't connect any longer) is LimeShop free...hmm...actually, upon following that link it does appear that they are offering up versions which date way, way back, so actually you gave a valid warning!
