Frustration (Trouble accessing forum)

Hi one and all, I know I've got problems with Tiscali/Pipex connecting to LWire until midnight ! but as you may know difficult to connect to forum (Not Peer Guardian) but when I can connect it's most frustrating that I can move around forum,post etc.. but none of the links work?? any ideas folks? I just get ''Problem loading page'' message from firefox when I click on a link.
