Limewired never loads

My Lime wire opens up but it says loading internationalization support the whole time and never actually connects and I cant download music. How do I fix it?

Could be a Java issue. Remove All Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Version. (Download the JRE Offline Installer)
