why are the letters red?

i downloaded bout 10 songs. and i go to my library and the top 5 are in black letters but the other 5 are in red letters, what does this mean? Also under shared of the black ones they have green ovels, but the red letter ones have a black X.

Red Files indicate that they aren't being shared. Right Click Red Files and then click share File.
