I have just installed Limewire on my computer. I've downloaded several songs and they will not play using the LW Player. However they will play using Windows Media Player. If anyone knows how to get them to play using the LW Player please LMK. Thanks

There's not alot you can do to get the Limewire player to work, it never has been relilable...It will work for some but not for others....

Just stick to WMP or if you have another favourite player make that your default player...

To disable LW player go to Tools > Options > Player and untick the box and select apply...
To make another your default player
Go to your shared folder (outside of Limewire) you will find this folder by clicking on one of your files in your LW library and clicking explore...

Right click on one of your MP3 files
Select open with
Select choose program
Select the player of your choice
and tick the box that says always use this program to open this file type
Select OK
