Limewire.Props File

Hi, I'm conducting a Foresncis Eval and have run accross limewire... Specfically the limewire.props file couple of questions ... or better yet reference to where I can look to determine the settings for the .props file

Uploads_per_Person=0

What does this indicate? Does it indicate that files located on this computer are not eligible for downloading by other users?

Directory_for_saving_files=c:\\program files\\limewire\\downloaded

Doe this indicate the location where files are stored after sucessfull download

Directories_to_search_for_Files=c:\\program files\\limewire\downloaded

What does this setting indicate: is this the location where files are made available to other users for downloading files
