I ues pirate bay for the torrent and limewire as the program it uses to download/upload. Some technical terms there for me so I think thats what you meant.
When I save the settings it does say save/ok and when I go back in to check, it is on the lowest upload speed but is uploading way faster than what I set it to.
Really sucks that my upload is super fass and my download is slow.
Upload can be 135kbps and download as low as 10 kbps.
Any ideas?
