I just purchased the limewire pro. How do I get LimeWirePro to run or install after I have already had the free download version?

hi ! did you ever solve your problem ? i down loaded a purchased version
and the installer was all gibberish. must be a dos version. i cannot find tech support or a phone number to ask for help.
