Chat doesn't work
 

I click on someone who has a smiley face indicating can chat.
I begin to download.
Click "chat" button.
Blank window appears. I click my cursor on it, but nothing happens that allows me to type in anything.

Help?

The chat box consists of 2 text blocks, the top one is the biggest, the bottom one beneath consists of one line, and there you type your questions/remarks. After that you press send and you will see your text appear in the top text block. If you get a reply you will find this in the top block as well.
