Can not upgrade to limewire Pro
 

I am also a Mac OSX user.

When I purchased Lime wire pro all it did was activate my old Lime Wire .
Now I get a pop up box asking me if I want Lime Wire Pro when I thought I had already bought it. Would like to get what I payed for. If anyone has an answer please email me, and if I get an answer from a custmer service rep with a solution I will let everyone know as well. Thanks!

You need to install from your personal pro page. Go to http://www.limewire.com/index.jsp/supportpro, and click on the "Find your personal link with your account email. " Bookmark the resulting page for future reference. BTW, you can use this method to get a link to your pro page, even if you change users, systems, or computers.

Just to be sure, uninstall the old limewire first (I also search and destroy all visible and invisible "limew" files to really start fresh for each upgrade). Too, your Pro page will have links to the new alpha/beta versions if you want to try those.
