2.9.8 problem : can't download files
 

After instaling 2.9.8 most of the files I select won't download. In teh download window, after the title, I get this message in dutch, that says " kan niet downloaden' (can't download) . Is this new version not compatible to earlier versions?

This new message is a replacement for the Requery Sent message that meant that LW woould send a requery for the file once every 50 minutes. This function was by the LW developers considered an evil function since it inreased the traffic load on Gnutella and was removed. After you get the Could not download message just perfom a manual search for the same file and if LW finds alternate locations/sources for the file it will attempt to download from them instead.
