while limewire is running in osx no other window can be displayed
 

I am using osx 10.2.5 and limewire pro 2.9.8 and while the limewire GUI is open no other windows from the finder can be displayed, or from any other application for that matter. After instaling there was a err.txt left on the desktop of which the first few lines read:

InstallerModeController: No lock file present.
Extractor Directory Not Found, using 'user.dir'
Default properties location = /Users/jz/Desktop/
UI Mode set to Default - SWING.

Free memory = 15115 kB
Total memory = 16256 kB
