For the record, I did read the FAQs (and ofcourse the Installation guide) and actually found the answer to a different problem. But there's still another one...
I am operating a system 10.2.2 Mac (If to be of any help). I have been using limewire for weeks, updating when ever the start-up icon would propose. However, on the latest update after I installed Limewire, my Internet Exploer (5.2?) and my AIM (4.5.995?) will completely freeze up while I was using them. Since the Internet and AIM had been working before the new Limewire, I uninstalled Limewire and found, not to my surprise, that they worked again (which is how I am writing this). Now, if you're thinking it was a faulty download, not the case. I've downloaded it around 3 other times with no prevail. I hope no one finds me to be a lost cause. Limewire is great software that I hope to be able to use again. |
