Internet Explorer sometimes tries to read the .dmg as a page (gibberish): if you control -click the download link you can get the option to download file to disk, which works fine. Sure hope Apple fixes that "upgrade." If you do run into problems, see http://www.macfixit.com/article.php?...30923081737183 (thanks, Janet). I try never to use the root login.
