So, all the music on my computer is gone. My friend says that it's because when I downloaded the new limewire it over wrote my old lime wire, and all the music it had in it. I haven't turned off my computer since I downloaded the new lime wire. He says that they're still a chance I can get my old one back if I "Find a Bootlog" or "restore to a previous boot". Does anyone know how to do this for mac os x? My friend lives really far away and can't do it for me. I'm keeping my computer on until I find out that there's no way I can get the music back, so that won't be a problem. If anyone could help me I'd really really really appreciate it.
oh yes. Also I'm sure the music is not on my hard drive anymore because it doesn't come up when I use sherlock to search for it and my mp3s on itunes that I'd gotten from my old lime wire will no longer play. Please help someone! Alexandra |
