Limewire not launching

I've been using Limewire successfully till recentlly....now when I launch limewire it hangs with only the limewire tab visible .

I've tried updating to 3.8.7 Pro and deleted all other limewire files but still no luck

any suggestions

(OS10.1.5, G3 350mhz, Limewire Pro 3.8.7)

were you able to remove the LimeWire preference files that are also in the Home/Library/Preferences/LimeWire folder?
