I have never seen so many problems about a product on their own message board.
Is anyone here able to help all of these people that have paid for your product and are unable to use it, because of your lack of programming skills?
I see alot of people having very similar problems, and I only see one poor soul trying to help anyone, and he doesn't even work here!
What is wrong with you people?
Do you not care what so ever about a little thing known in the business world as Customer Satisfaction? HELLO????????
You cannot sell a product that simply does not work. I don't know how you have gotten away with it for so long.
