limewire osx 2 dmg. fail to mount due to error 95?????????

Hi There,

Can anyone help me here? I downloaded the version for mac osx, but when I try to open it, it keep saying "LimeWire fail to mount due to error 95.(no mountable files systems) I have a Power Mac G3 with osx 10.2.

that usually means the file was corrupted during the download, and the 2nd try may be reading the same corrupt file from the download cache.

If you were using Safari, clear the cache from the Safari menu, the old downloads from the desktop, and try again from http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml

I'm receiving the same error message as yoyo. Howver, I'm using Explorer as my browser. I tried downloading the .dmg file a few times and each time clearing the old file from the location & download manager, but still with no luck.

sorry--I just tried (from the cnet download.com site) and it mounted fine. I'm on 10.3.5 though, not 10.2.8.

Try using Safari and see if that makes a difference, or give the beta a try and see if you get the same problem http://www.limewire.com/english/content/beta.shtml
