Default Installing the BSD subsystem

I have been through hell with Limewire Pro not working on osx 10.3.5
Limewire sent me this fix:
Hi Warren,

There was a recent system update for 10.3, which also contains a Java
update; if you don't have that update, you will need to get it. You
will also need to install the BSD subsystem, which is available on
the
OS X Software Restore CD.

Please try the following:
-Delete all versions of LimeWire.
-Delete all LimeWire aliases and installers from your desktop and
Dock.
-Reboot your computer.
-Download the OS X installer, using the download link that was
emailed
to you on the date of your purchase.
-Reinstall LimeWire Pro.

Thanks,
Zenzele

I can't find where the BSD subsystem is on my install disk.
Thanks in advance for the help!
Warren
