What is your computer configuration, ie: total ram & speed? Try the Bug Report (click on link for instructions & sample) & tell us whether your result is True or False.
You mentioned earlier on your files are 'Awaiting Sources'. This suggests that you've forced resumed your files. Yes this technique can be very effective. But, if you do it to all your files, you'll find that they queue up for much, much longer than normal. You'll also have status's of 'Waiting #s for Sources'. What happens is they all send out searches for sources every few mins over & over until they eventually give up trying (& then show 'Awaiting Sources' status.) With so many, it can play havoc with your connection quality & steal much/most of your bandwidth. It is highly possible this is why you're having problems with Safari.
The best way is to search manually. I'll give you some tips after you reply about your incoming test.

Hello! My computer has 512 MB RAM, Dual 1 GHz--G4.
I recently got a pop "Internal Error" and I sent a report.
The answer for what you asked for (received incoming this session) is "False".

I never did get back to you. Are you still having problems?
I'm just reviewing this & LW & Java for OSX can have some issues with ram & Virtual Memory (VM). You might want to go to LW's Preferences>Speed & tick the Disable Ultrapeer abilities & press the Apply button.

Also, to help reduce ram use: go to LW's Preferences>Downloads & tick the Auto-clear completed dwnlds option & press Apply button.
Close any windows you are not using. For example, close the monitor & connections windows & even the Library window. Also clear old searches that are many hrs old. Search results tend to go stale after a while anyway (people go offline, etc.) Hide LW in the Dock if you'e directly using it (run it in the background.) 512 MB ram is reasonable but not heaps. If LW has been on for many hrs the ram & VM can mount up. To keep a check on it, go to your Utilities folder & open the Activity Monitor utility. This will show you how much ram & vm all your apps are using.

Your Bug Report said False which may suggest you are using a modem with an internal NAT firewall. You could use port forwarding to open port 6346 to enable you to get full, rather than partial access thru this port. What brand name & model number of modem/router do you use?
