Movies & Freezes
 

Hello all,

Been a LW user for years, on my trusty Macs. Now I have a wierd thing happening:

I begin to download a movie and it's fine (preview, sound, etc). Then, as it's nearing completion (95-100%), it goes dead. No previews, sound, etc. Just my poor mouse...spinning.

I don't get it. I've downloaded movies fine in the past, but now it seems like there's some bug. Like a cruel joke: the closer it gets to being complete, the better the chances I'll never see it.

I've tried tricking it--stopping it just before it ends, on 99%, but had only luck once. The other times it usually freezes. I've rebooted a million times.
