I have Mac OSX. I've been using basic Limewire for a long time, but accidentally uninstalled it. Now I'm trying to install it again, and when I click the button on the website to get the installer, it just downloads an Excel sheet w/ a bunch of jumbled up code on it. Sorry if someone else has already posted about this, but I looked through a lot of posts and couldnt find an answer to this. After reading some previous posts, I also tried the jum version, but when I click on the link I get a message that says the computer doesnt know how to handle this file and I can "choose and application" to run it but i have no clue about that. I also tried the beta version, but when i try clicking the .dmg file an error comes up. How can I get Limewire to download an installer that actually works???

In the manual, it says that if you use Safari to download Limewire, it opens it automatically. I just tried that and it worked.
