can't start, tried everything please HELP
 

I can download limewire but when i try to install its the same problem lots of others seem to have, icon bounces and disappears HELP !!
heres some specs, mac osx 10.3.9, powerbook G4 512 MB ram,
have tried lots of stuff from the forum, security updates, java updates, redownloaded, deleted preferences etc etc sorry about all the upcoming data thought it might help somehow,

Else, yes reinstall your Java using the standalone installer. That means not using Softw Update program! But downlding the Java installer. If it won't let you install it then go to the Receipts folder & remove the Java version listed. Check the stickies here & in General Mac OSX section for sample images & links.
