LWUKnovice is flying high
Unhappy Download super slow arghhh and Limewire slow also help!!

I have just downloaded Limewire Pro

I have an IBook G4 1.2ghz, 256m RAM, opertaing on OSX Panther.. The speed of my connection is 263KB/s.

With the above speed I would think that I would be able to get 30KB's per download however my downloads are around 1or 3 KB's everynow and then they spike up when I turn LW back on.

I have completed a lot of the threads that have been posted such as the scrypt fixes for the reg servicing of my system. I have also tried changing settings etc..

My Lime wire also is very slow as though its eating far to much memory or something.

Any help anyone can give me on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have also mailed the support team so if they come back to me with a solution I will post on this thread to help other users.

Cheers
