Help LW won't open
 

I had been using LW for awhile on OSX v. 10.3.9 and then one day when i click it, it bounces but it just stops and quits itself. I uninstalled and and reinstalled it like 50 times but when i go to install it, it bounces and quits itself . What should i do?

1. Repair permissions; SAFE Boot & Repair Permissions

2. OSX updates can upset LW, therefore reinstall the "Offline" Java. Recommended is this version http://www.apple.com/downloads/macos...update142.html

BTW if it gives an error trying to install, then remove the Java 1.4.2updatex file from the Receipts folder. (BUT do NOT remove any other file from that folder because the system requires those files!!!) Receipts folder sample image

Have you seen this QuickTime 7.0.4 bug stops LimeWire from opening!
