i tried downloading limewire on my new mac laptop but it wont come up. everytime i click on the icon it comes up saing to double click on the picture to download limewire and i have done it at least 4 times. i have searched the hardrive and i cant find the files anywhere. also a new icon came up called LimeWireMac.bin and i can only open it with selected software (like iTunes) but when i try to open it with said software it doesnt do anything, PLEASE HELP!

LimeWireMac.bin is only intended for the Classic environment; ie: Mac OS 8-9
Don't use Explorer to downld LW, & don't let Stuffit expander mount the dmg. Use disk copy to mount the dmg file. Sometimes the default download location is either the desktop your somewhere in your user account folder ... perhaps documents.
