Question Different installation problem

I'm using an Ibook G4 with Tiger 10.4.8 I had no problem with the .dmg file. My problem is when I double click on the LimewireInstallation.app for some reason my computer tries to use Stuffit Expander and I get an error message that says "An error occurred attempting to expand 'InstallLimewire.pkg'. A folder was specified when a file was required". Please someone help.

Some people have this problem. Sometimes stuffit expander can't handle dmg files properly. Select the dmg file, go to file menu, choose Open with ... choose DiskImageMounter. Even better is suggestion below.

Or else, select dmg file, go to file menu & choose get info (or command - i) & do as this image shows & then Change All so it always chooses it: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showpo...35&postcount=6
