Software download dunce
 

Hi

I'm very new to this but have managed to download limewire (on Mac OSX)and get music/video that way. The problem comes when I try to download software programs. I find them, download them, then click on them and nothing. Am I supposed to be downloading an installer, where do I find this? Please help. I'm sure there's some step I'm missing out and you good people can help ...

Try using disk copy to open the dmg files. Sometimes you need to burn them to disk before you can use them. In that case I'd use an RW disk.
