I have an Apple Powerbook G4 (so it doesn't have Intel or any of the latest features since fall 2005). I've tried downloading both LW Basic & LW Basic Beta but when I open the dmg file for either version, the program attempts to open through iPhoto and then this window opens:



I have the latest version of Java installed, so any solutions involving that haven't worked. Basically I can't install the LW application AT ALL and I can't find any thread that seems to help with this problem so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've got the same setup, and had no problems installing. Yours is the first I've seen with those errors.

Can you delete the old .dmg, and then download another from http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml and try again? If that doesn't work, there are a few other things we can try.
