Mac OS X 10.5 and Limewire not working

I just installed Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) and Limewire no longer works. I downloaded the latest version, reinstalled, and still nothing. The app loads up to 56%, hangs, then bombs out. Any ideas, patches, working beta, etc?
