Result tabs without "close" checkbutton

hi all,

i wonder why nobody yet asked this one:

if i start several searches (limewire 2.1.3 for OSX),
the tabs for the search results are fine and aqua-like,
but where is the button to close a certain search result,
if i don't need it anymore?
(like i used to have in the classic version)
