4.14.8 Pro: main window not displaying properly

4.14.8 Pro

Main window not displaying properly (not fully rendered, missing tabs and buttons) and buttons inoperable/non-responsive. Tried re-installing several times from good disk image.

Tiger with all updates installed. I paid for this Pro version; I want it to work. Please help!
