Are they 'real' files or spam results? If not sure, check the file sizes with these ones: Virus thread: Typical virus spam file sizes - Make a note of them (click on blue link to see). Get to know these file sizes. In general, ignore most files under 2,000 KB (2 MB), but also beware of some larger ones.

You might also wish to add some filters:
(a) Problems with the search, __ (b) Hostiles List, __ (c) Direct instructions to eliminate porn from results - go to both of the links in that post as one applies to general spam.

There is a chance you are connected directly to a spam ultrapeer.
