Loss of Downloads

(1) I had 6 downloads going yesterday, and when I open LWP, they have all disappeared. Did they go to Never-never land?

(2) When I go to the TOOL menu, all I find underneath is "Statistics" ... no "Options" subheading. I have version 4.12.6 Pro
