New here and I'm already in trouble

I have a Mac OSX 10.4.11
I purchased limewire pro and when I download and try to install I get one message that says the version I'm trying to download is older than what I have already. Then it says there is nothing to download. Any ideas????

Use the advice in the * warning paragraph on this page: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/mac-os...0-5-later.html about removing the install limewire.pkg file from the Receipts folder. :)

BTW the newest version of LW you can use on OSX 10.4 is LW 4.18

Only intel computers running Leopard OSX 10.5 can run LW 5. ;)

Thus, I would suggest you go to your personal Pro download page, & do as that first link suggests at bottom of page, get the older version LW 4.18

IF you forgot to bookmark your LW personal Pro download page, access it from here: Lime Wire » LimeWire PRO Lookup
