Older version of Limewire for Mac OSX??
I recently updated a newer version if Limewire and I wish I hadn't because now Limewire won't work. I get the following message:
This application requires Java 1.6 or later, but only the following Java versions are installed: 1.5.0, 1.4.2, 1.5, 1.4. Updating to a newer version of Mac OS X may resolve this. I don't want to update to a newer version of OS X. I tried getting an older version of Limewire, but I haven't had any success with the downloads. Any suggestions? |

I also had this problem, so then I also updated to Java 1.6.
Everything installed successfully but now when I go to open my newly installed Limewire Pro for Mac it appears in the Dock for only a split second and then dissapears again. How do I get it to open? What is the issue here? thanks Anna |
