Limewire 2.2.4
 

I have been using Limewire 2.2.3 and now 2.2.4 with Mac OS X 10.1.3. I'm having problems when quiting Limewire. When I quit, the program goes to the Dock. I have to force quit in order to get out of the program. Anyone have any suggestions as to what solution or fix to this problem?

I have exactly the same software, and the same problem. Lime Wire won't quit unless I force quit it, and then when it restarts, it loses all the downloads that were in process. Does anyone have any ideas? is there a patch for this?

This doesn't fully fix your problem but versions 2.3.0 and above will retain your current downloads even if your computer crashes.

Try setting your shutdown after transfers in the options to shutdown immediately; maybe a ghost transfer is preventing a quit.
