Default lime wire wont launch...

i have just purchased limewire pro and have tried to install at least 100 times... installer tells me everytime that it is installed sucssesfully but wont open every time i tries to open it.it pops up on dock but quickly closes again... system Version: Mac OS X 10.5.8 (9L31a)
Kernel Version: Darwin 9.8.0
Boot Volume: Macintosh HD
Boot Mode: Normal
Computer Name: ... ...s Power Mac G5
User Name: ... ... (MAC)
Time since boot: 6:55
can any body me how to this with a screen shot?? since am a newbie to mac and not really good to english?? am not good in the terminal either!!!!: xirokrotima:

Is your machine an intel Mac? If not, you will be unable to use LW 5 & be restricted to LW 4, unless you upgrade to Snow Leopard 10.6.

(Command-Shift-4 for a snapshot of your choice of area using the cursor; ie: once you press those 3 keys you will see a cross-hair cursor, keep holding down the Command-Shift keys and drag cursor around your preferred area to snapshot, then let go of mouse & snapshot will be taken. Snapshots are usually saved onto Desktop.)
