Download Folder problems

When ever i Click on the install thing it works fine i agree to the policie and everything then it says select a download folder and i select one wanted and click next and it says error you do no have write privlages to this folder please select another folder
Im not sure ill be able to find this message if someone does respond but Plz email me at Hemp_rider2k@hotmail.com if can help system is a macos 9.2

Try making a new folder then using that one as your shared folder. It sounds like the one you are using is write protecteted (read only). It may be locked, try this: find the folder, click on it once and go to "Get info" in the file menu. There is a box that says "locked" make sure it is unchecked.
