it was working fine, but 2.5 stinks I have downloaded LimeWire version 2.5 a few times and I get this error message every time in the Installer log: Custom Action: com.limegroup.install.SettingsTranslator Status: ERROR Additional Notes: ERROR - class com.limegroup.install.SettingsTranslator.install() Unexpected Fatal Error: I can no longer preview songs as they are downloading, and when they have downloaded I have to drag the file ( which now looks blank- it used to have a Quicktime logo on it ) from my Shared folder onto the Quicktime player icon on my desktop. I run Mac OS 9.1 Have Limewire 2.5 installed Downloaded and installed Quicktime 6 last week. If you could give me any advice how I can get back to previewing songs in Quicktime as they are downloading...and then to play them by double-clicking them in the shared folder I would be so happy and I could start living the rest of my life which has come to a stand-still while I sort this all out. xtopher@hotmail.com |
