| can't reestablish connection I have a g3 laptop running system 9.2.2 and a T1 connection. I never had a problem with Limewire downloading or making a connection to the network. Then one day I forgot I had unplugged the T1 line and opened Limewire. Obviously it couldn't connect to Gnutella and from then on I could not get Limewire to reestablish a connection even with the T1 line plugged in. The search button would never become active. I've tried everything I could think of. I unistalled Limewire and then reinstalled it. I restarted with the T1 line connected. I turned off and then on the ethernet in the tcp/ip and then restarted. Nothing. I switched to PPP and made a connection to the newtwork using dialup. Then I switched it back to ethernet but Limewire refuses to recognize the T1 line. How can I make it work again? |
