Hello Everyone:

I just updated LW from version 2.8.6 to the latest one (3.something). In my previous version, when I was unable to download a complete file in one sitting, LW simply picked up where it had left off the next time I opened it (as long as I did a new search that yielded a file with the same name and the same size).

This feature no longer works for me since updating. Now it just starts the download from the very beggining again. As I have a slow modem connection, (and LW feezes frequently, forcing me to quit and restart) it was the only way I was able to successfully download any, I repeat ANY, complete file.

Is there a way to make this feature work again ? Alternatively, is there a site I can go to for downloading the older version?

Any help would be appreciated. Without that feature Limewire is totally useless to me.
