traferring to iTunes

I only have Limewire on my laptop. When I open itunes on my other computer while I have lw open on the laptop a shared section open in itunes. I have tried the click and drag but nothing happens. What can I do?
Should I download lw to my other system? I quite the novice PLEASE help!

i dont know much, but i had the same problem you did. and that problem is what brought me to this board lol. and i found this thread ... it should help to solve your problem....

basically now, i go into my documents and go to my shared music and drag it to the itunes and drop it in ...
thats what works for me.

Don't forget you have a setting which allows iTunes to automatically import immediately after the audio file has finished downloading. Check the iTunes option in LW's preferences. However, if LW becomes too busy then it does sometimes interfere with this importing.
